Our liquid chemical blending facility contains various sizes of tanks which are capable of meeting all our customer’s needs. MKDS Repacking is able to receive raw materials in large quantities and handle finished products due to its extensive storage facilities. In addition, products can be packed according to your needs with batch sizes from 1 liter to 50 000 liters available.

Our powder blending (manufacturing) facility contains various sizes of blending tanks. MKDS Repacking is able to receive raw materials in large quantities and handle finished products due to its extensive storage facilities. Spray systems are available if you need to disperse liquid components in your batch. Additionally, the powder can be packed according to your needs with batch sizes ranging from 500kg to 50 000kg.

There are 5 filling lines in our chemical packaging and labeling facility, allowing us to offer flexibility in batch sizes. As part of our service we can provide automated capping, labeling, inkjet coding, thermo wrap, shrink wrap and palletization for your products. We can pack from 1ml bottles to 1000L containers.

Our chemical repackaging facility has been in operation for over 22 years. We are happy to have been able to provide many companies with our facility to repackage chemical materials into a variety of bottle sizes ranging from 5ml to 5l. With our commitment to always meeting our customer needs, we have the capability to repack your chemical materials in many different types of packaging such as tubes, carton, glass, plastic, etc. A large warehouse with two loading ramps has the capacity to hold chemicals and all repacking materials during the repacking process.
